I particularly appreciate the fact that you, personally, “said what you meant, and meant what you said.” In addition, your crew was punctual, hard-working, courteous, conscientious, and finished the job in precisely the efficient time frame you told me they would.

Yet while efficient, the work was still done with an eye for quality. Indeed, our new roof looks terrific.
